About the role
Full-time Lead Pastor for Chaengwattana Community Church (CCC), founded in Nichada Thani, Nonthaburi.
Church has operated without a full-time pastor for ~8 years; elder board has been covering leadership.
Currently a small congregation; church believes it has potential to grow to three times its current size.
Located inside Nichada Thani, a premier gated expat community with ~2,000 homes north of Bangkok.
Compensation is partially church-funded; additional personal support-raising expected, with church share growing over time.
Minimum 5-year commitment required; 10+ years preferred.

Key responsibilities
- Shepherd the congregation and provide overall spiritual leadership and vision.
- Preach and teach regularly; provide engaging, Gospel-centred messages.
- Lead and collaborate with an elder board, deacon board, and ministry leads.
- Oversee eight active ministries including children's, youth, men's, women's, worship, and missions.
- Drive attendance and ministry growth toward the church's fuller potential.
- Engage and pastor a multinational, multi-denominational congregation with humility.
- Support the church through a visa application process upon acceptance.
Requirements
- Seminary training from an accredited institution preferred; theological education required.
- Minimum 5 years of pastoral ministry experience.
- Ordained within evangelical Christianity.
- Cross-cultural experience required — Southeast Asia preferred, broader Asia or non-English-speaking country as minimum.
- Fluent English communicator; willingness to learn conversational Thai.
- Demonstrated ability to grow a ministry in attendance and/or budget.
- Able to partially self-fund, with expectation of church support increasing over time.
